There’s still so much we don’t know about COVID-19, like why some of us have symptoms that continue for months and others don’t, or the effects of the vaccine. From the comfort of your home, you can help answer these important questions.
Have you, or someone you know, been exposed to the COVID-19 virus or at a high risk of infection? Have you received a vaccine? Whether you have been tested or not, sharing your experience will contribute to research and lead to answers.

All data will be highly secured using best-practices and will only be available for authorized uses.
Any information that identifies you personally will be stored separately from your responses and will be available only to administrative users who have a specific, legitimate need for that information.
The CARE Project team of epidemiologists and research scientists are influencing how the data and information you provide is used to speed COVID-19 care and prevention.
These are just a few of our recent publications highlighting how patient generated health data (the type of information you share with the CARE Project) is impacting how we study and what we know about COVID-19.
